This course aims to introduce the changes in ISO 9001:2008 standard. Even though there are no major changes, it is important to understand the changes. The changes are met to clarify the requirements and miss-interpretations. The changes will have effect on implementation of QMS. However, it is difficult generalize the changes in implementation as it depends on case-to-case basis. In this course an attempt is made to explain the changes and possible changes in implementation where ever applicable. Participations are suggested to take clarifications from the respective certifying agencies.
Apart from explaining the requirements the course also elaborates key points from four guidance documents issued by ISO – Application, Process Approach, Outsourced Process and Documentation.
